By the foothill of Kadavakurichi just 5 km from Nilakottai, CIRHEP have established a centre for natural resource management. Aesthetically designed in a rustic locale, this centre serves as an ideal hub to transfer experiences in watershed development, biodynamic/organic agriculture, livelihood intervention, and other related concepts to farmers, rural women, youth, children, NGO staff, Government officials, students and international visitors.
The centre has separate dormitory facilities available for boys/men and girls/women to stay, which can accommodate a maximum of 50 students/participants at a time. Further are there two guesthouses located at the training center. The facility do also offer home cooked meal with morning and evening tea and snacks for those who would like to stay and immerse them in a rural life as part of their learning.
CIRHEP also have their second office at the training center and during office hours will there always be personal there.
