Mr. P.M. Mohan – Executive Committee Member

With over 20 years of experience in development work, Mr. Mohan has been instrumental in shaping CIRHEP’s professional support system. His expertise in community organization has helped design and implement impactful programs in natural resource management, livelihoods, and institutional development. A strong advocate for organic farming, he continuously promotes sustainable agriculture and environmental stewardship.

Ms. K.A. Chandra – Secretary

Ms. Chandra brings two decades of experience in training and capacity building across various sectors. She specializes in gender sensitization, women’s empowerment, youth development, and farmer training programs. Passionate about social equity and sustainability, she plays a key role in designing and delivering meaningful training initiatives.

Ms. M. Pandiammal – Treasurer

A dedicated advocate for community well-being, Ms. Pandiammal has extensive experience in implementing healthcare initiatives and projects focused on soil and water conservation. Her commitment to sustainable development strengthens CIRHEP’s impact on rural communities.

Ms. E. Chinnathai – Joint Secretary

Ms. Chinnathai is at the heart of CIRHEP’s community awareness efforts. She actively organizes health camps, surveys, and development programs, ensuring that rural communities receive the support and knowledge they need for a better future.

Ms. P. Rajathi – Vice President

With a background in sociology, Ms. Rajathi is deeply engaged in working with Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and addressing adolescent girls’ health issues. Her ability to connect with rural communities makes her a strong advocate for social awareness and empowerment.

Mr. A. Vengadachalapathy – President

An experienced sociologist, Mr. Vengadachalapathy focuses on supporting organic farmers and tackling marketing challenges for producer company members. His deep understanding of rural communities helps bridge the gap between sustainable agriculture and economic development.

Mr. M. Pitchai – Executive Committee Member

Mr. Pitchai works closely with organic farmers, youth groups, and producer company members, helping them navigate marketing challenges. His expertise in rural engagement and communication strengthens CIRHEP’s mission of sustainable and inclusive growth.
